This week, 42 missionaries return to Nicaragua after a two-year COVID-related hiatus. Father Ritche will be joining the missionaries for the first time to deliver the Gifts of Opportunity you purchase every Christmas, help create some modern bathrooms, dig water trenches and reconnect with our friends from Amigos for Christ.

This year’s group includes 11 youth and 31 adults, many of whom have been before and are excited to return. Missionaries leave Holy Spirit by bus on Friday night to San Francisco International Airport where they’ll fly to Mexico City then onto Managua.   Please keep our missionaries in your prayers while they travel and serve our amigos in Nicaragua. We will welcome them back at the 6 pm mass on Sunday, July 17.
