Food Distribution

In Collaboration with Catholic Charities & Second Harvest of Silicon Valley

Food Drive

One of the tragedies of the pandemic are the unmet needs for food by vulnerable families during the economic downturn.  One response has been distribution food distribution sites set up throughout the County by Catholic Charities and Second Harvest Food Bank.

These sites, staffed by hundreds of volunteers, have been distributing food to thousands of families since March.  They currently serve over 2,000 clients per week. The ongoing need for volunteers to support this program is critical.

Sign up to help with traffic control, loading food, and registration at any of our Parish Drive-Thru Sites.  The program needs volunteers between high school and age 60.  Once you apply, you will be sent further instructions & info about requirements.

For those who can benefit from this service,  no registration is needed beforehand – Registration will be done on site. View this flyer for more info.
