Final Week for ADA

Dear Members and Friends of Holy Spirit Parish:

As we close our annual ADA campaign this weekend, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has already contributed. Your generosity will help fund vital ministries and remind us that we are part of something much larger than ourselves – the Catholic community in Santa Clara County.

The Diocesan goal set for Holy Spirit was $281,006, and our Holy Spirit ADA committee rounded it up to $300,000 to help fund two important projects with the rebate that comes to us from exceeding our Diocesan goal: the upgrade of the sound system in the Church and a new roof for the Parish Hall.

So far, we have received pledges and gifts for $261,008 from 375 families, which is a remarkable achievement. However, we still have a gap to fill to reach our DSJ goal, and we will only receive a rebate for our local projects if we exceed the goal. With your help, I am confident we can get there.

I want to highlight that despite being short of our fundraising goal, we have received donations from 25 more families than last year, which is a positive indication of good stewardship and community engagement.

If you haven’t had a chance to give yet, please prayerfully consider supporting the ADA today. If you’ve already given but would like to make a second donation to help bridge the gap, we would be extremely grateful.

Remember, this campaign unites us in a shared mission with other parishioners across the diocese. As of this week, 75% of the parishes have already exceeded their DSJ goal, and we are on our way to doing the same. Let’s work together to achieve our goal and help our community thrive.

Thank you again for your incredible generosity, and please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.

 Sincerely,

 Fr. Ritche Bueza
